Babysitting can be organised by Reception. Cost: €10.00 per hour. We would be happy to provide you with a baby monitor, bottle warmer and a cot (€10.00 per night) free of charge.
Bank/Cash: the nearest cash machine is located in the centre of Tiefenbach – Volksbank Bruhrain-Kraich-Hardt, Tiefenbach Branch, Hauptstrasse 2.Bar: our wine bar is located in the main building of the hotel. We serve all wines from the Weingut Heitlinger Estate and Burg Ravensburg wineries as well as smaller dishes.  There is also an “Honesty Bar” in the hotel lounge on the ground floor with a wine fridge, espresso machine and smaller snacks that you can help yourself to at any time.
Beauty: treat yourself in our treatment room in the basement directly adjacent to the sauna and gym and restore your body’s balance with a massage. Please arrange treatments via Reception.
Beds: all rooms are equipped with king size box-spring beds for exceptional sleeping comfort.
Breakfast Buffet: breakfast is served in our Breakfast Room between 7:00 and 10:00. At the weekend and on public holidays, breakfast is served between 8:00 and 11:00.
Business Centre: we do not have a Business Centre as such but we have Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We can lend you a laptop should you need one. Please contact Reception.

Children sleeping in the parents’ bed: Dear guests, we try to be as accommodating as possible but need to charge €5.00 for each child up to the age of 6. Older children are then no longer permitted to sleep in their parents’ bed or in their own bed.

Events: a variety of different rooms are available for your events in the Heitlinger Hof, as well as our large banqueting room with its unique view into the barrique cellar of the winery which holds up to 80 people. Our Heitlinger Golf Resort boasts 3 multifunctional function rooms for 20-100 people with access to the terrace and a magnificent view of the fairways of the adjacent Championship course.

Golf: our Heitlinger Golf Resort with its club house, multifunctional event rooms and restaurant is located directly opposite the vineyard and hotel. The 2-hectare training grounds, the 6-hole short course and an 18-hole Championship course offer a golfing experience that promises to challenge both novices and advanced players alike. We would be happy to assist with the booking of tee times and, of course, we would be happy to put together a tailor-made programme for your golf outing. You also benefit from a 20 % discount on our 18-hole Championship golf course when you book directly in the hotel.
Gym: the gym is located opposite the spa in the basement. Open around the clock, it is equipped with a cross-trainer, treadmill, ergometer, weight station, weights, yoga mats, water dispenser and TV.

Herb Garden: did you know that we pick all our herbs from our own garden? In addition to chives and parsley, we also grow thyme, rosemary and sage here. Wild herbs grow in our organically cultivated vineyards between the vines and are collected in the spring and summer by a knowledgeable herb expert.

Reception: our Reception is located in the hotel beside the restaurant in the winery. To check in/check out, please come to the glass window. We will then accompany you to your room and explain the amenities of the hotel.
